How do I submit work? If you are a new artist, follow the link on the home page that reads, "Submit Work". If you are an artist currently exhibiting work, first log in and then follow the link that reads, "Submit Work".

How do I contact the gallery? There is an email link at the bottom of every page. Click on the 'g' logo in order to email us.

Where is the artwork/can I see the artwork in person? Our artists work and exhibit throughout the world. grainbag On-line Gallery provides an ongoing Internet presence to artists. As such, grainbag does not offer a physical gallery space to view the work in person. grainbag does, however, hold physical exhibits periodically. Sign our mailing list to find out when and where that may occur. Otherwise, email us and we'd be happy to provide you with information about other places where you might be able to view work by the artists we represent. Or you could simply purchase the work to have and to hold all for your very own.

What if I buy something and decide I don't like it? All of our work is guaranteed. If any artwork purchased from grainbag arrives damaged or otherwise appears to be inconsistent with what is represented on the site or if you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, the work can be returned to the artist (COD) for a full refund. You have 30 days to do so. Please review our gallery policies prior to any purchase. If you have any questions about something you see on the site or any of our policies, do not hesitate to contact us. There is an email link at the bottom of each page.

Do I have to have a Pay Pal account in order to purchase art? Not anymore. Pay Pal now gives you the option not to register. If you wish to register, setting up an account is simple. See below for further instructions. We prefer that you use Pay Pal for all purchases through grainbag; however, if you are not comfortable with that, you can mail a check to us. If you choose the latter payment option, it will delay your order as we will not authorize the shipment of any artwork until payment has been received.

How do I get a Pay Pal account? Setting up a Pay Pal account is simple. Visit paypal.com and follow the link to sign up. You will need to enter a credit card number that will be used to make payments. This can be a traditional credit card or a debit card. Most major credit cards are accepted. The site is secure and set up is free.

Why don't you provide any info. about the artists? grainbag On-Line Gallery offers a level playing field to a world wide audience. We represent emerging artists and master craftsmen alongside one another and let people decide what works for them.

Who runs grainbag? The site is curated and maintained by Pittsburgh artist, Michael Leahy. Check out Michael's exhibit here. Regular updates and rants from Michael can be found on the Curator's Blog.

What's a grainbag? A grainbag or feedbag is a bag that fits over the muzzle of a horse so that it can feed. The idea as applied to art is that this site serves as a feedbag of sorts for artists so that they can sustain themselves while they work.

Note: If you have any additional questions not listed above, please contact the gallery- the logo at the bottom of the page is an email link.
